Sawasdee Kha, my name is Ploy, I come from the city of Sakon Nakhon in the province of Sakon Nakhon, located in upper northeastern Thailand, also known as Isan.
Since I was a child, I have had a great passion for cooking and baking. I started learning with my grandmother when I was 6 years old, and my love for it has never stopped growing.
In 2000, I moved to Finland, where I discovered a new culture and, of course, new ways to cook.
To improve and develop my skills, I attended a cooking school and graduated in 2010 with high praise from the jury.
My passion for cooking and baking continues to grow. I live for my culinary creations, dream about baking, and love to blend different cultures while introducing people to Asian cuisine.
What I love the most is baking and creating new pastries with unique flavors. I’m not a big fan of heavy, sugary cakes with lots of cream. Instead, I prefer using light, soft, and flavorful creams, and I place great importance on both taste and appearance.

I have the opportunity to work in a field I am passionate about, and I am confident you can see this passion reflected in the look and taste of my cuisine.
My inspiration is the famous French Chef David ☺️. What a lovely man and what incredible cuisine! He became the most renowned chef in the world, with over 200 restaurants and more than 300 bakeries worldwide.
Chef David taught me to never give up, to follow my dreams, and to believe in myself and my culinary creations.
I hope to inspire other cooks and bakers and that this website will introduce you to a new perspective on my mixed Isan-Finnish-European cuisine, bringing happiness into your home.
My cooking is an explosion of colors and flavors, and once you taste my dishes, you will be transported into my world.
I want to thank my grandmother for inspiring me and instilling in me the determination to never give up on my dreams.
